Windows 10 privacy controls have gradually been improved by Microsoft throughout this year and it will continue to improve them further. Some initial concerns were addressed by the company with the Windows 10 Creators Update. The company will be making further changes with the upcoming Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. New privacy prompts for apps will be included in the next major update for Windows 10. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update users will be able to access the full privacy statement during setup. Each privacy setting will get its own “learn more” section in the setup process. This will be important for those who don’t read the full statement, then again, that’s what most users do.The learn more sections will enable users to better understand what the settings entail without having to go through the full privacy statement.Windows 10 users are currently prompted to enable location-based information for apps like maps. Microsoft is going to display this dialogue box on other apps
