Cheapskate Apple Stops Bundling 3.5mm Dongles With Older iPhones, Would Rather You Pay $9

Ever ever Apple decided to ditch the headphone jack, they had the courtesy to at least bundle a headphone dongle with its iPhones to save users the trouble. However there were rumors that Apple could stop doing that with its 2018 iPhone, and as it turns out, the rumors were right after all.This was spotted by The Verge who notes that this applies to the iPhone Xs, Xs Max, and the iPhone XR. For those who are thinking that maybe older iPhone models will be exempt, it turns out that might not be the case either as apparently the iPhone 8 will stop being shipped with the dongle as well.Presumably existing stock will still have the dongle, but future shipments will do away with it completely.
