Nokia accidentally leaked its first premium Android phone - CNET

You will have definitely heard of Nokia even if you’ve never heard of HMD Global. The latter is a Finland-based company that’s now making smartphones and slapping Nokia’s name on them under license from the company. There appears to be some top-level shakeup at HMD Global. The company has confirmed that its CEO Arto Nummela has decided to depart the company with immediate effect. HMD Global entered into this business by acquiring the manufacturing and distribution assets of Nokia’s phone business from Microsoft last year. It also licensed Nokia’s brand to sell smartphones using the iconic brand name.HMD has not revealed the reason behind his sudden departure from the position. The company’s statement only mentions that “through mutual agreement between Chief Executive Officer Arto Nummela and the HMD Global Board of Directors, Arto Nummela will leave HMD with immediate effect.”Florian Seiche, currently the president at HMD Global, will be taking additional cha
